Dogs, Cats, and Ferrets The requirements for traveling with your dog, cat, or ferret are described in the below health certificate.

Tapeworm treatment is optional.

5 or less dogs, cats, or ferrets traveling : APHIS endorsement of the health certificate is required after it has been issued by a USDA Accredited Veterinarian.

The health certificate must be issued and endorsed within 10 days of the pet's travel.
