If submission will be via the Veterinary Export Health Certificate System (VEHCS) , you may navigate directly to VEHCS without downloading this PDF.

NOTE: Pets must be identified by a permanent means (i.e., microchip or tattoo) prior to rabies vaccination (dogs and cats).

The health certificate must be issued by a USDA accredited veterinarian within five (5) business days of export.
