Taking a pet from the United States to Iceland

What this destination requires
Dogs and Cats An import permit issued by Iceland Food and Veterinary Authority ( MAST ) is required to import pets to the country.
In addition to an import permit, pets must fulfill requirements of vaccinations and testing.
Please visit the Iceland Food and Veterinary Authority website for more information about the requirements your pet must meet to travel to Iceland as well as a links to: Detailed instructions Health certificates Import permit applications Note: A completed health certificate and applicable test results must be submitted to the Icelandic Food and Veterinary Authority of Iceland at least 5 days before importation into Iceland.
